1. Event Planning & Logistics

The process starts with a comprehensive meeting in person or over the phone with you, spouse, family and friends. We discuss your venue, special attendees, unique moments and key images to capture. On the day of the event, we are available before the ceremony, throughout the ceremony and during the entire reception, start to finish.

2. Filming

For Brides: We capture the following types of scenes at the brides’ home as she prepares for the wedding including her dress, veil, jewelry and interaction with her family and bridesmaids and ‘first glance.’ We are there at the church/temple to capture the religious experience and at the reception we highlight the important stories and best wishes from your guests.

For Bar/Bat Mitzvahs: We capture the intimacy of the temple and readings as well as the fun and gaiety of the party including dancing and celebration.

For Family & Children: After a lengthy phone call a week before the event, George and his team arrive with sufficient lead time to film the venue (sports field, recital hall, etc.) and stay until the conclusion of the game, rehearsal or show.

Corporate: We meet at the film site location, orient the speakers/actors and film the event. We have a more robust planning and delivery process for complex efforts including training videos, social media and marketing campaigns and documentaries.

3. Quality Review & Final Delivery

Each customer provides a quality review of the near final video. Customers can make suggestions on simple enhancements which may be incorporated into the final video.

Each customer receives a professionally edited, personalized event video (average 60 minutes) divided into chapters for easing searching. Also, the customer receives the master footage in raw form (average 3-4 hours).
