What time do you start and how long do you stay?

During our first event planning meeting we discuss start and end time. Also, we discuss your venue, attendees, unique moments and key images you wish to capture. On the day of the event, we are available before the ceremony, throughout the ceremony and during the reception.

Can you capture all the special moments of my event?

Our objective is to capture all the special moments of your event – the tears, the joy and the laughter included. It’s your memorable day and you want a film maker who can tell your special story.

Can I get enhanced services such as multiple cameras and special effects?

Yes, during our first event planning meeting we discuss your expectations. Typically, a premium is paid for enhanced services.

Do I own the raw footage?

Yes. Basic packages include an edited video with music plus the raw footage. Videos of different time durations can be added for a nominal fee.

How long is the edited video?

The average length of the edited video is 60 minutes.

How much control do I have over the final video – music selected, moments captured, etc.?

During the first event planning meeting we discuss your expectations and the desired video outcomes. Customers provide suggestions on music, guest interviews, key moments, etc.

Can you work with a photographer I select? Can you recommend a photographer if I need one?

We work with many independent photographers and studios throughout Westchester and the Tri-State area. If you do not already have a photographer, we can refer you to our colleagues.

Can you provide me with references?

Yes, upon request, we can provide references gathered during our years of service.

How much do you cost? Are you competitive to other Westchester videographers?

Our pricing is fair, reasonable and competitive. Costs can range depending on the customer requirements

How far in advance do I need to book my date?

Dates fill up quickly especially during certain months. So, the best bet is to book early and lock in your date. Most customers book within a 6-12 month period. If you have special requirements including use of multiple cameras, then booking becomes more important to reserve each videographer.
